With a clear vision for delivering effective diversity and inclusion interventions, Zahoor is passionate about developing inclusive leaders and transforming cultures to maximise the power of people. A skilled speaker and organisational coach, Zahoor is an advocate of emotional intelligence and delivering a mix of micro and macro solutions to improve organisational performance.

Zahoor has worked in the private, public and voluntary sectors in a range of roles that have included Diversity & Inclusion Lead at DE&S, Worcestershire Racial Equality Council’s Community Development Lead and Business Change Manager for Royal Mail. He has served as Head of Equality for West Midlands and Hereford & Worcester Fire Services, where he was also Director of Corporate Services, and was national Chair for the Asian Fire Service Association for five years.

Most recently working in Defence after 5 years in oil and gas, Laura has experience working with both Fortune 500 multinational corporations and small to large businesses.
